In addition to being a life coach, Dr. Ghitea is a medical recruiter. He works as an account executive with UHC Solutions, recruiting physicians and providers for rural community health centers. He conducts comprehensive staffing needs assessments for the community health centers, develops recruitment plans, and then recruits skilled physicians to fill the staffing gaps.
Dr. Ghitea earned an MD from the Loma Linda University School of Medicine. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and has visited a number of countries in Europe and Africa.
